These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Xi'an, China in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be Chinese or English as mutually agreed by the parties.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.
